CampaignPilots provides AI-powered marketing analysis by connecting to your authorized data sources including:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Google Search Console

  • SEMrush

  • Other marketing analytics platforms

We generate automated insights and deliver them via dashboard and email.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Not create multiple accounts to abuse our service

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service requires authorization to access your third-party accounts. You agree that:

  • You have the right to authorize our access to these accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions

  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services

  • You can revoke access at any time through our platform or the third-party service

5. Subscription and Payment

Our Service operates on a subscription basis:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • That defects will be corrected immediately

  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

  • The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampaignPilots shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Damages resulting from third-party services or integrations

  • Decisions made based on AI-generated insights

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold CampaignPilots harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Fail to pay subscription fees

  • Use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
